Parent/Teacher Organization

The Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) is an elite group of SDMS students’ parents, grandparents, and extended family members.  Working in conjunction with the administration, faculty, and staff the PTO plans, develops, and implements fund-raisers and activities that support family/school/community partnerships.  In addition, PTO representatives have the opportunity to make a fundamental contribution by participating in the school accreditation process; thereby, making an impact upon and enhancing the education of all students at South Dale. 

         State Representative Steve Clouse presented a check to

South Dale Middle School PTO for $1500.00. Receiving the check are

   Barbara Smith, principal and school board member Don Williams.
