When You are in need of assistance there are a few steps that must be taken first. If a device needs to repaired or taken to the Armory, it must have a Help Desk ticket associated with its Asset ID that is current. In order for the item to be physically removed from a location it must also be shipped to the Armory within Asset Management. Helpful links are listed below.
